It depends on the piece. All of the metals I use have protective coating that help keep them from tarnishing from natural wear and body oils. For best care, do not swim or shower in your Freakbeadss, and do not store them in your bathroom. I am a server and I wear my jewelry everyday! I wash my hands countless times a day and I have had no issues in my 4 years of making jewelry.

Everything is made to order; I process orders within 1 week, and from that point, they take approximately 3-9 business days to deliver within Canada. Shipping is fully tracked through Chit Chats.

Because everything is made to order, I cannot guarantee exchanges can be accommodated. Returns will only be accepted if there is damage to the product upon arrival and is up to my discretion. Please email me directly if you have any concerns.

Simple changes that are well-communicated are charged a minimum of $5 (e.g. Horseshoe bracelet with red beads request). Changes that require more beads, more expensive beads, or more time to fulfill will be charged accordingly.

I wish I had the time! I require pre-payment before any structured examples can be sent. I absolutely can send you images of beads to make sure I have the right material you are looking for, but beyond that, a payment is required for me to start your order. I will also acquire your confirmation of a design before I complete it.
